Echinacea ‘Magnus Superior’ flower seeds

 All our seeds are grown organically in Australia -> What makes our seeds special? 

• Who doesn’t want a stunning cottage garden flower that is also edible?
• Echinacea, also affectionately called Cone flower, are dreamy, pretty flowers that are also good for you. They’re medicinal in nature and have been prized for their immunity boosting properties to fight off the sniffles. The flowers are a magnet for bees, pollinators and beneficial insects.
• This is the stunning pink/purple ‘Magnus superior’ variety. Produces stunning flowers in spring, summer and autumn. Look dreamy in a flower border and can be used as a cut flower.
• Perennial and will come back year after year. Over time, plants will multiply in clumps and can be separated in the cooler weather.
• Sowing: Best sown in punnets in autumn, winter and spring. Gradually size up to bigger pots, ideally only teasing apart into separate containers once plants are at least 5cm. Once plants are 10cm tall or more and robust, plant out into the garden or into their final pot.
• Planting: Loves full sun but can also grow in part-shade. Will grow in poor soils but produce better blooms in soils enriched with compost and a little organic fertiliser.
