• Known also as top set or tree onions (Allium Prolifium), rare and hard to find multiplying onion, extremely limited stock – once sold out that’s it.
• You will receive 9 Bulbils ready for planting right now – which are either sprouting or ready to sprout as soon as planted.
• Bulbils are ‘baby onions’ that form on top of the plant, and will take a 1-2 seasons to fatten up to full size, but small onions can be eaten just the same as the big onions. The green tops can be eaten like spring onion greens, while the onions have a shallot-like flavour.
